How do I turn on email notifications for pending web forms?
To turn on email notifications for pending forms, go to the Web Terminal pane on the left side of the VSP window. Click on “Web Terminal Settings” and check the box that says ”Send me an email daily that lists any pending Web Forms that need to be processed.” Then just click “OK” and “Commit changes” on the lower right side of the VSP window.
How do I turn off reminder emails for volunteers who have requested a sub?
To turn off reminder emails for volunteers who have requested a sub, go to the Web Terminal pane on the left side of the VSP window. Click on “Web Terminal Settings.” Click on the Auto Reminders pane and check the box that reads, “Don’t include positions that have been flagged as Swap Requested.” Then just click “OK” and “Commit changes” on the lower right side of the VSP window.
How do I undo a sign in from the kiosk if I made a mistake?
If a volunteer was checked-in by accident, we can undo this sign-in by clicking on the name of the volunteer and then clicking the “Undo Check-in” button.
What does the new mobile site include?
Your Web Terminal is now optimized for viewing on a mobile phone without needing to download an app.

Visually, the mobile site will now be easier to read with larger font, bigger buttons, and easy to navigate tabs found at the bottom of the page.

Functionally, you will still be able to enjoy viewing your schedule, full schedules, and open positions, as well as being able to request a sub, fill open positions, propose trades, update your volunteer profile, switch to a family member’s profile, and even add your scheduled dates to your iCal, Outlook, or Google calendar!

Need to access the full site to view the admin tab or see rosters? Just go to the Settings tab and select “Use desktop version” to go to the full Web Terminal view on your phone.
